Pre-opening Comments for Wednesday August 3rd U.S. equity index futures were higher this morning. S&P 500 futures were up 24 points in pre-opening trade. Starbucks added $1.98 to $85.69 after reporting higher than consensus fiscal third quarter revenues and earnings.
