  1. Bman/Van Says:

I am thinking that Air Canada (AC) has just completed a head and shoulders pattern, does anyone else agree? Also, if you agree with the pattern, what is your forecast downside (I have around $18 based on the prior breakout).

    Thanks

  2. Ron/BC Says:

    Bman/Van
AC.to has formed a Head and Shoulder pattern. A confirmed break below the line would suggest a sell off of about $3 which would take it to the main uptrendline. The Seasonal Trend chart below suggests September is the worst month of the year historically so odds of it breaking down are higher from here. I’d wait for it to touch the uptrendline after the selloff and then “consider” buying it. But I wouldn’t touch it for now unless you wanted to short it on a clear break down.
